20:26:38gingeraleOh gosh, I used the saddle chair for the entire 1½ hr run in hopes it might help with sitting that long straight. It did but without elbow supports it's really painful if the shoulders aren't relaxed.
20:27:22gingeraleI just need to get better used to it. It's better for your back because it forces you to support it yourself. Should get easier over time.
