Anyone know of equivalents to sb-ext:with-timeout in other impls?

There is a trivial-timeout library, but from memory it's a bit leaky.

(lambda () (sleep 4) (interrupt-thread #<woo>))

hayley
In Clozure e.g. another thread is spawned, so other handlers won't apply.

whenever you write the extension for it, you know how it works
