it is a really bad implementation...

also, running flatten-image gives "Image header has wrong magic at start"

I mean a slow implementation of some standard common lisp function, not your code

hmm, maybe try specifying :input-offset #x400000 to flatten-image? I don't quite remember exactly what you have to do there
17:01:22
froggey
that should be the offset of the mezzano partition on the disk image
17:01:33
froggey
if it isn't then try 2MB or 6MB or 8MB

I'm just trying to follow the comment in load-sources.lisp for cutting release

I don't think anybody aside from me has tried to build a release image before!

you might need to use dd to extract the partition from the raw image, then run flatten-image directly on that new file

I tried offsets #x400000, (* 2 1024 1024), (* 6 1024 1024) and (* 8 1024 1024), all same error

you want the mezzano-loader branch, and to build "scons utilities"

welp I already built and used the aejsmith's master branch. (still boots in qemu tho)
