phantomics: I'm refactoring the compiler to be able to produce something else than C, so perhaps wasm is within a scope in the future

Neat, I'm now producing optimized ASM kernels in SBCL and I'm thinking about how this approach could be ported to other impls, perhaps with a general-purpose CL assembler framework
