Most of the articles I've found related to drawing using opengl/vulkan etc are geared towards drawing in 3d space for games etc. This was a nice one because of the focus on typography, 2d UI.

Happy to hear of any alternative articles that go into depth for designing 2d UIs on modern hardware.

fastuidraw talk was also good iirc. I have my own stuff in the pipeline but it is slow going and not the highest priority
