hoi, i'm using a dual monitor setup (two monitors one `screen`). When using two windows of chromium, either by starting two different instances or by detaching a tab, as soon I move the new instance on the the other monitor the content of the chromium window struggles to be correctly displayed. This is on current Arch Linux with stumpwm from AUR (1.0.1.rc.5.g4fd7d0f-1) . Is this something known ?

Ah. I have a problem with external monitor and a stupid stupid Nvidia Optimus setup (built-in screen is obviously Intel, but the external one is only connected via Nvidia), and nouveau.

MichaelRaskin: i don't currently use a composit manager, but might have a look if this changes anything.

codingquark: expanding on the link from drot you can even define functions and bind them to stumpwm commands which you can bind to keys, so you can recreate groups on the fly. Actually i'm currently working on a module for this
