i have it built on my machine. just adds a parameter to canonicalize-declaration-specifiers, but not the lower method. i'll push it tomorrow

heisig: Have you actually done some backward incompatible commits to Trucler? I didn't want to break my boot procedure by pulling the latest version until I know what will happen.

I fact, I didn't introduce a lot of changes at all - I am very busy PhDing right now.

If I get automatic parallelization into Petalisp, I am more or less finished with my PhD. I may spend another year polishing and writing, but the substance would be there.

beach: It looks like I don't have push access to CST, so i filed a pull request, and another pull request to SICL. Since it changes the CST API both are needed

Oh, that seems like an excellent moment to bring up this Github organization: https://github.com/s-expressionists

We could move Trucler, CST, Eclector and other libraries there and only maintain a single access list for all these projects.

Shinmera: :D I think you would have to move your projects to 'sharplispers' then. The purpose of 's-expressionists' is to build new stuff.

beach: yes, the CST change adds a parameter and the SICL change alters calls to add the extra argument
14:01:20
heisig
Shinmera: On the other hand, why not. If the rest agrees. Your libraries also qualify for 'cool new stuff'.

heisig: I would be very happy for someone to finish implementing UAX9 for me, but I doubt there'd be any takers.
14:05:50
heisig
Shinmera: Wow, Bidirectional Unicode. Implementing that almost qualifies as martyrdom. If you die trying, we'll build you a shrine and declare you a saint of the Lisp community.

beach: I didn't update Cleavir2. It uses trucler and i don't think that has an equivalent to cleavir-env:declarations?

beach: I think only the owner of a repository can transfer ownership. Sou you will have to do it.

OK. All you have to do is pass canonicalize-declaration-specifiers one more parameter, a list of symbols (declaration identifiers), as its second argument

https://github.com/robert-strandh/SICL/commit/c1e316429ec3a9466be871201bdb95fe36ba372a has the places that need to be changed

heisig
beach: You have to go to the settings tab on Github and scroll down to the 'danger zone'. There is an option 'transfer ownership'.
14:34:05
heisig
beach: Oh, not in the settings tab of the organization, but in the settings tab of any project you want to transfer.

beach: I think so. Or should we wait for scymtym's approval? On the other hand, I think he already agreed to this.
