Shinmera: selwyn: On the location, some of the old town around Europe are usually really lovely but full of tourists. Baltics are cheap and Sweden has some really nice islands. Or could go for Skåne in South Sweden. Very easy to get to.

Fields have two ways to them. One is a wrapping element, which is a nice and logical way to do it. Unfortunately the more common way for them to exist is to have a marker element deep inside a paragraph somewhere and then an ending element in another.
