19:20:10sts-qA few days ago you added (depends-on #trivial-gray-streams) to compiler/cross-compile.lisp. Does this require a (cl-quickload "trivial-gray-streams") for sbcl?
22:55:45froggeyebrasca: yes, you can have more than one weak hash-table pointing to the same data
22:55:52froggeywhat are you concerned about there?
22:58:08froggeybtw, weak pointer/hash-tables use liveness to determine if the key is live (assuming a weakness of :KEY) and liveness follows the same rules as EQ
22:58:16froggeyso using a number or character as the key in a weak pointer is not a sensible thing to do
23:06:59ebrascaI thinked if I have more than 1 pointer to 1 data it is going to never get GC.
23:08:15froggeyif you have a strong reference to the data then it won't get GC'd. if all the references to it are weak then it will get collected, even if there are multiple weak pointers to it
23:30:48ebrascafroggey: What do you suggest instead of some number?
