Today I hope to find out why I'm leaking pipes while running shell commands via lparallel!

Xach: I'm on the edge of my seat with this quest you're on. Please keep the running commentary

You're allowing quite the margin of error then. I hope you'll cut way more than a quarter

My other plan is to ditch lparallel and threads and make some work queues and heavier single-threaded subprocesses

hi, can I disable the red warning in newer emacsen "Hidden behind deeper element; move to another line?" please?

I can see it comes from here: https://github.com/emacs-mirror/emacs/blob/master/lisp/emacs-lisp/lisp-mode.el

When trying to use hunchentoots redirect function minibuf is saying these are the args https://imgur.com/8DHsAmV.png but the docs say "redirect target &key host port protocol add-session-id code" what am I doing wrong here? If I try just (redirect "/") sly complains about odd number of args, all I want to do is redirect to a url

if it's in the parameter list, it might be a parameter of unspecified type .... care to paste the whole form?

yeah, so if COLLIDE is called on two mobs and a world, it returns T without doing any special computation
16:29:58
flip214
trafaret1: look at the other COLLIDE methods. I guess world with world would return NIL

For whoever is interested, Atlanta Functional Programming will be doing a live stream on Google Hangouts and YouTube in 1 hour, with special guest jackdaniel giving a talk on McCLIM

the last parameter is _always_ a WORLD, so it wouldn't need the class specification at all... just a parameter that gets passed in as well

how do I redirect on hunchentoot? I send post params, I want to verify them, create a session then redirect the user
16:38:51
flip214
Josh_2: you overwrite hunchentoot's REDIRECT function with the (DEFINE-EASY-HANDLER (redirect ...))
