please help! Is there any possibility to have gsll run on ecl too? :)
12:17:45
jackdaniel
I don't know, never tried it
12:18:11
jackdaniel
currently I'm occupied with mcclim's sheets (and I have other stuff pilled after that)
12:18:36
jackdaniel
so I guess you'll need to try it by yourself for now. if you fail you may open a ticket
12:18:38
Posterdati
jackdaniel: how are you?
12:18:54
jackdaniel
fine, a little sick but I don't have a fever anymore
12:19:09
Posterdati
jackdaniel: the problem is that is not an ecl fault! The problem is in gsll itself
12:19:45
Posterdati
which is not providing make-fd-xxxxxxx
12:20:45
jackdaniel
actually ecl has make-fd-stream (in git, not in released version)
12:20:49
Posterdati
you povided me with a solution long ago, but I had no time to implement it
12:21:26
Posterdati
exactly! Now is time to patch gsll then which is not aware of it (probably)
12:27:07
Posterdati
now I will try to fix it, I'll let you know in the case
12:32:35
Posterdati
thanks! This is the case...
12:32:53
Posterdati
the loader complains about reader macro :(
20:17:53
Posterdati
seems that I fixed the gsll load problem on ecl, there is a problem with readtable
20:20:41
jackdaniel
if ecl is not conforming don't forget to report the issue
20:43:42
Posterdati
the problem is that moving (name-readtables:in-readtable :antik) in the source polynomial.lisp fixed the problem
21:08:16
Posterdati
are ecl and ccl similar in respect readtables ??
21:11:58
jackdaniel
I'd suspect implementation to be different, but they follow the same standard
21:17:54
Posterdati
seems that it is not possible to load antik too
21:18:08
Posterdati
it complains about tenth symbol
