10:46:03lokejackdaniel: I took your advice and moved back to linking the clipboard ownership to specific panes instead of a synthetic window. I realised that I needed to make sure the clipboard conversion functions were called in the correct thread, so it had to go via an event anyway. So it was reasonable to tie those events to the pane chosen by the caller.
19:30:23jackdanielyes and no, we are going to bath the little one right now
19:30:35jackdanielbut please state your question, I'll answer when it's over
19:31:03slyrusOk, no hurry. Just wanted to talk about admich's PR when you have a moment. Great to see movement on scigraph again!
19:31:44slyrusYou undoubtedly understand the encapsulating-streams stuff better than I do and should weigh in.
19:31:57slyrusAlso, I'd like to remove the function copied from CLIM-TOS.
19:33:59jackdanielthis is too little detail for asynchronous conversation :-)
20:13:15scymtymslyrus: i made some of the same encapsulation changes independently, so unless admich and i are both wrong, something similar is probably a good idea. what i don't like about the pull request is that it mixes several things: 1) encapsulation 2) extensions for clim 2.2 conformity 3) scigraph cleanup
