Some background: Bau obviously means Baumann. HH stands for Hamburg Hansestadt, and used to be (maybe still is) on the license plates of cars from Hamburg.

If I remember correctly, since HH is pronounced "ha ha", other Germans use this fact to make fun of the citizens of Hamburg.

... and Hansestadt means "Hanseatic City", i.e. one of the cities in the Hanseatic League that ruled large parts of northern Europe for hundreds of years.

IIRC, there's one stream operation not reflected in gray-streams... Might have been CLOSE.

also input-stream-p / output-stream-p are not mandated to be generic functions (usually they are, but clisp's gray streams are a noticable exception)
